club by it's boot straps, Graham Taylor changes the way the club is run
from the office workers to the football players. You have a choice; you
do it the Taylor way or you leave the club. Players are ordered to move
in to the local area and training becomes more intense.

manager, The manager of the Arsenal double winning side from the 70's
was also a prime architect of the glory years to follow
Graham Taylor's methods pay dividends as Watford win
the league by 11 points. Next stop Division 3.
